On what it takes to lead.

I think that the heart of a man/woman is visible through how they deal with other people. Its in how they display their humanity i.e. ubuntu.

If you dont show empathy and understanding for others, you cannot lead them because you lack understanding of their journey. And empathy and compassion are a start to how one cares for their family, their community and their society at large, even their country.

To lead people and to be a leader of men, you have to fear God, and then you treat people with the reverence of God in the first instance.

And you then understand that we are all God’s people and we need to treat each other in the manner that God prescribes in his Word.

Leadership is a gift from God fam. Without God, the knowledge and wisdom to lead his people is absent and such leadership is not sustainable. The people will revolt at some point fam.
